Key will drop but its too rare.

u can get crates from game drop ,not keys tho

You get crates as random loot but its among skins & cosmetics. Key will drop but its too rare.

Nope, keys won't drop at all.

But its too rare. It was when game was in early access maybe it was bugged.

That was either a bug or the player bought a key from the community market while playing. If you purchase any item mid-game it will be shown like that at the end. Keys don't drop for free in games like KF2, TF2 or CSGO.

You get crates for free regularly, but I don't think the above image of a key drop should get anyone excited. That is 2 years old and from early acess.

The more important fact is that you can get the skins from the key crates for free just by playing. I have gotten mutliples skins that are found in key crates. You can also recycle skins into material to craft a random skin that could be from a key crate.

OP you should know you can get master crafted skins as random loot drops but its rare. I've gotten just 4 skins in my 900+ hrs of game but loot drop wasnt introduced until I hit 400 hrs mark or so.
